Choose the type of backing to best suit your applications needs, following several type
- hard plastic backing. Can not paste, only waterproof and play the role of stereotypes .if you want to use patches on clothing, and it often wash, it is recommended to use plastic patches, then line will be fixed on the fabric embroidered patches, and it is the cheapest pric
- Iron on backing. This type is not permanent , it can only be temporary. If you want permanent solid hot melt adhesive is not only the need to use the line to sew. Generally this type of patches is often used on somewhere that is not often wash, such as bags, boxes and so on. Because they do not always wash, hot melt basic guarantee permanently. It’s use is very simple, you can use hot iron to 160-220 degrees, holding about 10 seconds, hot melt adhesive can stick on.
- Velcro backing. It’s features is durable, easy to pull easy to close, you can wash, color and variety. Principle refers to the two rows of woven nylon, which is a row of numerous hook, another row of small round hole, when two rows are stacked together, they can be firmly stuck.
